It depends on you how you look at it. It's a company with high values and emotional quotient, not all do understand it and end up thinking lack of professionalism. In RCM space you'll not find any company with better exposure to learning. Opportunities are always up for grab. Performance is key above tenure. A lot of time lack of clarity on policies and procedures create confusions. May be salaries on lower side for few positions. Lack of hierarchy.
