I am a current employee of Healthcasts in the Client Services department. I recently made the move to Healthcasts from the pharma agency side and the company made it a very seamless transition. I was able to easily transfer my agency knowledge to my new role and management and my team members were able to quickly bring me up to speed. I am enjoying the increased responsibility this opportunity has afforded me to manage my own projects and reach my career goals. The company culture is friendly, supportive and fun. There is a great work/life balance, opportunities to socialize with out of office events and great benefits. I am excited to see how the company will grow.
Cons
Another employee review mentioned fluctuations in workload that result in heavy and light quarters and I would agree. Additionally while health benefits are excellent, 401k matching would be appreciated. In lieu of matching quarterly bonuses are given if company goals are reached.
