-being yelled and cussed at on conference calls by VP in which you are asked how stupid you are—inform HR and CEO and nothing is done due to the $$
- demanded to be on calls on days off
-demanded to work on PTO days
-long hours- ask for support no one comes and cares your there - your a body
-zero work life balance
-hostile environment on multiple occasions
-demanded and expected to do the job with no pay increase when your work load increases
-texts and calls 24/7 from staff, clients
- no facility client support-
-always your fault even if you were not there
-paid 8 cents a mile for mileage - does not even cover gas it costs to get to facilities and back
-leadership smoking on camera and telling you to be professional ..
-getting thrown under the bus by your own direct boss several times so they would not be in trouble
-micromanaging way out of control
-told you wouldn’t be working positions and facility would support- lie
-the money is no where near worth what you are put through and expected to do.
-when you asked for support it was “call this person, try this , try that” — it was never let me do that for you to SUPPORT
- never posted opportunities of advancement- they always choose who they wanted to promote instead of giving everyone a chance
