None that I could see.
Cons
Next to no training, long hours (I would go months at a time without time off), unrealistic expectations from upper management, and ridiculously low pay for the amount of work. They hire you at a low rate of pay under the pretense that you'll make more money when you get promoted, then they fail to develop you as a manager. Then, when promotion time comes around, they pass you over because you haven't been developed enough.
