Pros
Healthcare services group is a good company to work for. We are a growing company and I'm excited for the future for our company. Everyone posts that the benefits are horrible but they actually do offer decent healthcare but it's a little on the expensive side. The dental and vision are competitive with other companies. Overall a decent place to work.
Cons
The cons of the job are dealing with sometimes disgruntled employees. There needs to be a more openness towards the pattern of growth for even front line staff. If we could promise them pay raises at 6 months, 1 year, 2 year etc I think that employee retention rates would sky rocket. It would give more moral to staff as well.
