There were layoffs in the past two years but none recently.

HRA has undergone a lot of change in recent years, and much of it for the better. The company is growing and has been taking on more strategic work, and that is building a solid foundation for the future. The team here is great and genuinely enjoy working together. Strong commitment to professional development and training, particularly for the sales force.

As with any small company, everyone wears many hats and the workload can be demanding. Benefits could be better, but seem to be improving.
