Pros
This is a great company with CEOs that truly care about their employees. CORE values are shared by everyone the employees are allowed to own their projects. People pull together and get along because the positive attitude starts at the top and trickles down. This is a wonderful company to work for. Employees are recognized each year at a companywide function. Who does that these days!? HMS does because although we graduated last year from the 8A program we still maintain the small company feel. That is very comforting to employees.
