PTO could be better but the flexible schedule is amazing!

- Business Personal Gym & Cafeteria and Parking Garage // Game Room
- Very Charitable (you are allowed volunteer hours which you get paid for and they will donate money to a chosen of your choice if you put in ___ amount of hours)
Cons
- starting salary for some positions seem to have a pay cap
- Workload isn’t always spread evenly
- efficiency and overrall contribution is disincentivized
- lower levels of management have a small out of influence when it comes to their subordinates pay (I am under the impression it is because the corporation is so large with multiple levels of management)
