Pros
The other employees there were great, the work force supported each other. Most departments except the IT were great. Location was good too. The IT ifrastructure group had good management.
Cons
The Peter Priciple at its greatest. Management being rewarded for failure by continued promotion. A total lake of infomation and communication from the Top Down. All bottom up communication was blocked by bad middle management. There is a Clicke that if you are in you are set for life but anyone on the outside is doomed.
