Toxic environment - Anonymous employee HealthTECH Employee Review

We are proud to have 20 years of solid relationships with our hospital and managed healthcare insurance clients across the country. We are also proud to have an admirable team of employees and consultants and we take great strides to ensure they feel well taken care of. As a smaller, boutique agency this is one of our strengths — you’re dealing with compassionate, real people, not a corporate bureaucracy. So we take ad hominem attacks such as this quite personally. Unfortunately for this employee, they lost all credibility when they were terminated for reasons stemming from their own complete lack of integrity. So this vindictive “review” should be seen for what it is — petty name calling which contributes nothing to this forum in which users are encouraged to post honestly, not dishonestly. It is disappointing to see how the transparent motivations of a disgruntled ex-employee can influence them to spitefully defame their former employer. We hope it is evident to the Glassdoor community that this review is a conspicuous outlier; all of our other reviews are positive. We encourage all employees former and current to write about their experience working for HealthTECH, but this account struck us as being in such bad faith, it was necessary to set the record straight.
