Cambia has a good HR department.
Cons
The most negative, incompetent, insecure, idiotic management I've ever had. Far too top heavy, too much knowledge hoarding, wasted weekends on call (Yes you'll work on Sunday ruining your weekends), cancerous negative energy between 'team mates' caused by pathetic 'leadership' leading to a 'protect yourself' mentality. SaaS management should be fired and not replaced. They are better suited to management in retail.
