Cons
Your salary when you start will never be increased preportionaly based on promotions or increased responsibilities. Company policy for salary increase for promotions is based on what is a typical yearly 3% increase Beware of false promises. Do not accept promotions until you have a signed salary agreement. promises if future increase are not supported by upper management. Don't expect market rate or what the pay is for other employees performing identical position.
