Terrible Management/Unprofessional - Sr.Customer Service HealthSCOPE Benefits Employee Review

Management is TERRIBLE they play favorites and games. They don't want you to promote so they put unrealistic expectations on you. They gossip all day long about employees. Their software never works which makes it a stressful work environment. Applied for over 30 internal jobs over 2 years and always was told I didn't qualify. I'm clearly over qualified! Never work here, run far away. Pay is bad for what you deal with
