      Pros

      Good company mission, clinic staff passionate, patient variety, helping those who need it most

      Cons

      With so much outside funding/grants practice is very heavily guided by protocols and policies - a LOT of red tape and documentation required and limitations put on practice based on funding. Higher ups do not necessary show appreciation for clinic staff.

      Pros

      Directors are very invested in staff. Did not make you feel like less than. Employees all work at different locations, but still are close with one another. Small team, so you get to work on a lot of different tasks and projects. Non profit that actually pays their interns.

      Cons

      Everyone in the main office seemed always busy and stressed out.
