Pros

Enjoyed the nice working conditions Had a great Physical Therapist to work with. She was very kind and helpful. She also provided the majority of my training.

Cons

Their priority is productivity and profits. The manager is spread so thin that she has little time to devote to proper training. Patient complaints are not investigated; they are taken as truth. There is no backup from upper management, just criticism. Poor training for new employees. All onboarding is done before the person is employed. EMR, NetHealth, is challenging to learn, as there is no written documentation to follow, according to the manager. I found the documentation on my last day at the office. The position was set up for failure. Upper management is primarily comprised of therapists with limited to no management background or training. I had wanted to name the review "Run, do not stop at this company!!". Onboarding personnel were horrible and incapable. They were unable to even obtain the NPI number of a prospective employee. Onboarding took a month before becoming an employee.

Pros

I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

Cons

Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
