Salary freeze which was not disclosed at time of hire Benefits are shrinking yet cost increasing Promote PTA/COTA into Director/VP roles who have no formal business mgt. training nor mgt experience Justify freeze/cuts by saying other companies are doing the same - true leadership does not race to the bottom with the competitors but accept the challenge and rise to the top. Senior leadership have no strategic vision for the future - one trick pony show of forcing clients into higher RUGS groups and threaten staff with termination if productivity standards are not met No incentive or rewards for contracts that are exceeding financial parameters
