      Some nice people Snack/food van

      Cons

      Terrible onboarding! Manager doesn't give any time or support when you start. First few weeks sat doing nothing with no help. Turnover is shocking. Not enough spaces in the car park, people block you in and then send emails out to get you to move the cars about. No home working. Freezing cold offices.

      Pay is on time. My CTM is supportive when I need it.

      Cons

      Everyone at the company that I have spoken to seems incredibly depressed! The culture is absolutely horrendous. Some of the hr team are actually supportive when you need advice via live chat which hannah or felix responds to, other than that when I have had formal meetings I haven't actually felt supported and felt like a number by some of the hr team. The driving is long and the car allowance isn't enough yet when I have raised concerns I am ignored.
