Having the opportunity to help people understand the confusing world of benefits, while at the same time being able to build my own practice is a dream come true. There are successful agents all around the office I am part of in the Salem, NH. Great team environment that amazes me how willing everyone is to share their best practices. Wish I had found this a long time ago. Each year my business has grown and more of my new clients are from my current client base who refer me to friend and family.

Like any business that you are performed based, you must work! First year there is a lot to learn but the technology they provide and training definitely helps streamline it. Not being a very patient person, I had days that were difficult but every week as long as I saw enough people I always was able to help people and write business. So many ways to help people, it was hard to know what areas to sometimes focus on at the start,
