You work 1099, the "Sky can be the limit" that's a lie, most of the agents needs to have a second job or drive Uber

Cons

No training. Team leaders when you have a doubt the answer is "call the carrier" or "you don't have a buddy"

No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
