Pros
I have been here 10 years, and suddenly realized I have not thought once about updating my resume. I found a home after 25 years in the Telecom / Datacom Industry working for Fortune 500 companies where stress and long hours were to the max. My TVP and Sales Leader have been visionaries and amazing leaders who keep selling me on my future. I look around the room at sales meetings and cannot believe the talent and quality of individual we are attracting. I am so proud to be on this team, and this is the most rewarding emotionally and financially of anything I have done in my life. This company has integrity, and helping my clients is a matter of becoming their trusted advisor while building their best combination of value / price from the top carriers in each market segment.
Cons
I can actually say, there is no down side. This career is what you make it and I have always believed I must solve my own poverty problem!
