The best things: 💯 remote work, small company, not averse to change, Senior leaders are open to feedback and employees have a voice in change. The nursing EVP, Kristin Whitehead, is wonderful and cares deeply about her team. She is an amazing leader. The COO and CEO are very approachable and really want what’s best for the company. They appreciate fresh ideas and respond appropriately to feedback. This company has a ton of talent and really bright people in it. The project managers are the best in the business and the client insights team works miracles for clients. So much talent in the nursing consulting teams. Good benefits, 401K; pay is in line with the industry. I love my job, and barring a major change, I plan to work another 10 years before retiring from Healthlinx
