Pros
the patients were the only good part
Cons
Management loves to go off on a control fenzy, their is no real job security as you are worried to be talked about even if you are the best performing person there. They say they have an open door policy but their is only one person in HR, and half of the company is family, unprofessional, double standards, they will try to embarrass you and you having to be mature to people who are considered to be in higher positions. None are even qualified to do their job, the leaders will talk about you and twist stories around instead of doing what they’re hired to do which is manage a team, they expect you to do everything within their job and when they’re expected to even do a little bit of their required work they ask you to pick up the extra work for them. They try to sugar coat it’s a really good place to work, but you will see their true colors soon after. They only care about money, not actually about helping people. They don’t care about their employees just how it looks to people at the hospital, they only care to impress them at the expense of their employees. Turn over rate is crazy. Unprofessional, chatty office politics from management itself. Don’t even know the policies of their own company.
