Management is terrible they are all mostly related .no ability to move up in the company, raise 1 time a year ,no incentive or bonus when you enroll pt. Into insurance plans,if management would show more compassion and respect for employees it would be decent .Carol the operations Manger is very mean ,intimidating and rude .The play favoritism and use workers to train other workers with no raise or compensation.They use the workers to retrieve refunds from dead pt next of kin.The works are blamed for lack of profit when really Its the fault of the programs not working.Management makes all the money and complain when enough is not made.Maybe they should take a pay cut if profit is an issue.so many other things to say bit I'd be typing all night.
