HealthEquity (HQY) is a big company. Sometimes it feels as if I am just a number. HQY does not communicate well with other departments. for example, when on FMLA, was told that I should ONLY reach out to the FMLA department, but to return from FMLA, I must reach out to FMLA, and other departments in order for me to come back to work, then when done, my schedule was messed up to 6 times before I was actually able to work. HQY, takes a while to recognize their employees, unless you have been with the company for a while, because they are so big, which makes me feel like a number, instead of someone helping others to help their health needs be met.
