At this company I had the freedom to apply and grow my skills. I got the right guidance where needed and was made accountable for the tasks handed over to me and I really appreciated that as it really helped make me responsible for my work. There is no real management team as such here as it is a start up and so everyone has to pitch in and add value where required. I really like this environment as it really does help you grow as an individual.
Cons
Very hectic! Because its a young company everyone needs to pitch in where required as it is a small team.
