Poor Management with no real leadership experience. - Sales Health eCareers Employee Review

Constant territory changes. Poor decisions with realignment. Managers are clueless regarding the marketplace and treat employees like preschoolers. Micro manage sales people and scold us if our call logs aren't active enough. Management is the most dishonest group I have ever worked for. People who lie and cheat are still there and others are let go or constantly being threatened. Clients pay far too much for the service.
