Pros
Most of the people there were really nice, it's a very small office.
Cons
There were not enough account managers to handle the work load. Employees were expected to work 60 plus hours a week, during the busy season which lasts six months. There were no processes in place and no one available to help train new employees, as everyone was drowning in their own work. You have to work with the technical people in Canada, regarding technical issues for client accounts and forms, most of them did not even know how to do their jobs either and directed us to talk to a more seasoned rep in our own office!! Turn around is very high.
