Remote work no micromanaging At least not in my department

Bay State recently took over and the communication are benefits. Our generous PTO and our generous holiday schedule has gone from 11 holidays throughout the year to now seven holidays throughout the year we went from anholiday schedule has gone from 11 holidays throughout the year to now seven holidays throughout the year we went from accumulating 256 hours of PTO per year to now a total of 240 hours which includes the holidays previously it did not .insurance rates have all drastically changed. The communication with these changes has been horrible no meetings no webinars just an email went from having a high deductible HSA and not having to contribute from my paycheck to now having a high deductible, HSA and having them take out about $170 biweekly for health insurance there is zero morale in any department that I’m aware of it was a great company to work for, but now that Bay State has taken over things have gone drastically downhill.
