Low Morale - Clinician Health Management Employee Review

Constant IT issues- multiple systems in use that are time consuming to use. Leadership team more focussed on quantity rather than quality. Clinicians are treated like conveyor belts churning out case after case. 8 x45 minute consultations to complete an assessment and report. Management have zero respect for clinical staff. High turnover of staff, morale very low.
