      Free lunches and great coworkers.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment, overworked, mandatory overtime EVERY WEEK for 10 hours. Trying to normalize a 50 hour work week in their culture and make you feel better about it because "hey! at least they provide lunch and snacks!". Stay away if you can.
