DO NOT WORK FOR THEM - Medicare Relationship Manager ll Health IQ Employee Review

After a brutal AEP with nothing but computer issues with their crappy equipment, I was terminated without reason today. They pulled hundreds of agents into a private meeting and terminated us all. They muted the Zoom meeting and disabled our ability to message in the chat. As they were informing us, they canceled our access to our email but told us to email our managers if we had questions. My team was the #1 team all of AEP and even my manager was termed. If you have any talent with Medicare, DON'T WORK HERE!!! THEY WILL USE YOU!!!!
