Terrible, awful place - RN Health First Employee Review

Pros

The one and only good thing about Health First is self scheduling for RNs who work 3 12-hour shifts a week. You can choose the days you want to work and are usually granted what you request, except for required weekends and holidays.

Cons

Literally everything else. Terrible turn over with employees, staff literally, actually "hate" working there (we all talk to each other so I know). Constantly understaffed, overworked, and low morale. You are overworked to utter misery. I felt like a slave. The whole time I worked here I was denied a merit increase. They will deny you a raise for any reason such as; you got your flu shot 1 day late, you did your N95 fit test 1 day late, you submitted your online learning 1 day late, you submitted any required module 1 day late, and more. If you clock in 1 minute late or 1 minute early, you get a point and at 10 points you are fired! If you are wrongly given a point by mistake and do not tell your manager to correct it within a certain amount of time, the point stays on your record! This place HATES their employees! They don't care about you, they care about profits and warm bodies filling a position. Undoubtedly the WORST employer I have EVER worked for. Even Worsthoff is better and I worked there too!
