Pros

Company is growing. Has benefits that are normally only offered by large companies. Expansion has led to promotion opportunities for all associates. Steady and stable workforce, very low turnover and high retention. Pay is very for the area and because of growth there are unadvertised job opportunities. Management is fair, consistent and attempts to take proper action when needed. Wise and loyal leaders in all departments. Some flexibilty in work schedules allows balance of family and work.- Just a great place to work

Pros

Great place to work and learn Great people, friendly, helpful and caring Free range to learn all aspects of office free range to multi-task and keep busy

Cons

A lot of interns that don't really know what they are doing (which I did not mind teaching / showing them what to do) some interns did not want to learn. Interns took the places of medical assistants that want to work and are good at what they do because the interns work for free.

Pros

Relaxes more hands off work environment so far, being a new practice there isn't a ton of red tape or overly micromanaging policies, the staff are all excellent and there is a very chill relaxes friendly vibe amongst most everyone. The pay is relatively good for the current market rates for MA's and receptionists, though low overall like pretty much everything is in this current economy.

Cons

The conditions are exploitative, no lunch breaks or breaks of any kind except what you can steal between patients and work, there's no clear way to claim paid sick or vacation leave, if there even is any, schedule is brutal often having to come from one 14 hour shift immediately into another on the weekends, with being stuck past "closing" for at least 30-45 minutes or even an hour not uncommon. One of the doctor owners can be very disrespectful and shouts and yells at employees if upset which is just stupid and immature.
