Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It means a great deal to hear that you trust our leadership, value your colleagues, and appreciate the balance and inclusivity we strive to foster. We are deeply committed to living our values, supporting our team members’ personal and professional growth, and ensuring that Health Catalyst remains a place where people feel empowered to make a difference.
I also appreciate your perspective on the challenges of a remote-first culture. We have heard from some team members that collaboration is more difficult being remote, and there is value in “connecting” live rather than by Zoom. But, for the most part, continuing to be remote-first works well for us—our team member engagement continues to be high. In our most recent Gallup survey, we ranked in the 94th percentile. Each one of our six affinity groups offers regular, meaningful opportunities to connect, I encourage you to check them out – even if it’s just joining in on one of their Slack channels!
Regarding company growth, you’re absolutely right that the current healthcare financial landscape has presented challenges. Despite this, we remain focused on long-term, sustainable growth while continuing to invest in our team members. We are grateful to have maintained financial profitability and sustainability, which allows us to prioritize competitive compensation, strong benefits, and internal career advancement opportunities.
I appreciate your contributions and am grateful to have you on the team.
I hope you see a bright future ahead of you at Health Catalyst!
