Thanks for your significant nine years of contributions to our success and your thoughtful review. I agree that the people at Health Catalyst are amazing! I also agree that the need to make strategic adjustments has been difficult. I believe our next-generation data & analytics platform is an important, critical part of how we deliver on our mission, and we are excited to continue rolling out this next-generation data & analytics technology with more clients in 2024. I also agree with you about the value of visiting directly with members of the technology team. I have been spending time, 1:1, with leaders at different levels recently, and have also devoted meaningful time, face to face, with our early clients who are our innovation partners with the next-generation data platform. In the last three weeks I’ve spent two full days in face to face discussions with these innovation clients, more deeply understanding their experience with the next-gen platform, and another full day with the next of our clients to migrate to this platform. I come away from all of those discussions really energized and encouraged by their feedback and enthusiasm. There is still a great deal of work to do, including a multi-year effort to migrate our existing DOS clients to this new infrastructure, but I’m more convinced now than ever that this is the right technology architecture and strategy to meet our clients’ current and future needs. In our next 2-3 All Team Member Meetings, technology leaders will be providing all team members with demos and updates on this critical project so we can all have a better understanding of where we are, and be in a position to contribute to this project’s success!
