Thank you for your review and feedback, and for fulfilling such an important role as a Client Success Lead these past 1-2 years. I'm glad to hear of the positives in your experience around pay, flexibility, meaningful work and culture, and I appreciate that it has been challenging to see some benefits reduced due to the pandemic.
