Thank you for sharing this review. I wish we had not needed to identify positions that were not financially sustainable after the Medicity acquisition, and I regret that you are not still with us at Health Catalyst. I have also reflected on ways we could be of greater support to affected team members, in helping those team members find new positions, either inside Health Catalyst or outside Health Catalyst. It has been helpful to visit directly with several affected team members to better understand their experience, and to identify ways we can improve.
