We also sincerely hope that culture and what it is like to work here at Health Catalyst will always remain as a reflection of those things we commonly believe (and refer to) as the "things that cannot change". There will always be things (many things, in fact) that will necessarily change as we grow and evolve as a company. The "business of doing business" is something that, in many areas, requires a completely different approach when you are a company of 5 vs. 50 vs. 500 team members, and we have seen many, many changes along these lines over the past 8 years.
However, the things that cannot change-- the mission, the vision, the "why" of what we do-- these things should never change-- and leaderships commitment to all team members is that these things won't change. It is the secret sauce that has brought us this far.
