Good pay but poor management and unrealistic expectations - Family Nurse Practitioner Healing Partners Employee Review

Micro-management. Was told in the interview no commute over an hour, however this is untrue. Cannot take PTO during a holiday week. NPs have to make up holiday coverage when they are off. Holidays are now a burden, fitting five days of work to four days due to being off. If it snows forget it, you are expected to still see patients no matter how inconvenient. No judgement on frequency of visits, everyone has to be seen weekly. Not a good fit for an experienced NP.
