Extremely political. People talk behind your back all the time and never take responsibility for their own failures, only concerned about personal upward mobility. Friends get promoted with less experience and receive more opportunities, like sales from outside their territories, for example.
Your compensation structure will undoubtedly change at the drop of a dime and without any input. If you're in sales, your territories will change/get taken away, deals will get cherry-picked and given to the sales manager's favorite at the time. Seen it happen so many times.
