Pros
The fellowship provided a great environment to learn real-world software engineering skills. I gained hands-on experience working on projects, improved my problem-solving abilities, and collaborated with other motivated peers. Mentors were supportive and provided helpful guidance throughout the program.
Cons
The program can feel fast-paced at times, which may be challenging if you are balancing other commitments. Some aspects of the structure could be more organized, and clearer expectations at the beginning would improve the overall experience.
