      Pros

      Tutorials are decent and the fellowship gives you a lot of projects to add to your resume. Although it's unpaid, it is a free program. You get to work with a team on projects and you enhance your techinical, communication, networking, communication, and collaboration skills. Adding all of this to your resume can definetly help you get a "headstart" in your SWE career.

      Cons

      There's room for improvement in the organization, but because it was the first free cohort they still did pretty good.

      Pros

      The fellowship provided a great environment to learn real-world software engineering skills. I gained hands-on experience working on projects, improved my problem-solving abilities, and collaborated with other motivated peers. Mentors were supportive and provided helpful guidance throughout the program.

      Cons

      The program can feel fast-paced at times, which may be challenging if you are balancing other commitments. Some aspects of the structure could be more organized, and clearer expectations at the beginning would improve the overall experience.
