Team I worked with were great and hardworking Working hours are good if you don’t go on call.

Management don’t have a clue. Health and safety non-existent No paperwork for works carried out Don’t appreciate the workforce they have. Money isn’t great when you have to do call-outs for free as they class it as in your wage. And call outs outs are often like 6+ a week.

Fast paced, loads of learning and changing occurring. good space to grow. good ideas are appreciated and accepted.
