Pros

Good for beginners to work on some known brands and gain experience. Some good and experienced people in each department. Some of them are sat there for years!

Cons

Really low pay so negotiate like a selfish pro before you join. A lot of them are stuck with 0 hikes for years HR has no say and would only do what the management or HoDs ask them to do. As someone mentioned in the review, very cliquey! Saw new joiners leave within months. The company is pushing for 3 days in office but if you're close to your manager, you can get away with doing fewer days. CDs are quite explicit in expressing in front of others on who gets to work on a particular project because they feel they're better. Low pay compared to other centrally located agencies. Really distant and worn out office and not willing to join the larger group in London because the management lives around there. The company won't be flexible to offer support when needed. For e.g., after you've just come back from mat leave.
