(even if you are in the design department). • VERY low salaries • The workload is unreasonable, ridiculous in fact • Not a 9-5 position, frowned upon if you do not work overtime • Jokingly referred to as a "sweatshop" • The CEO is so out of touch from her employees, but thinks otherwise.
