Micromanagers and Silos - Supply Chain Haworth Employee Review

Poor management with too many layers. Micromanaged like crazy with several different people telling you different things. Poor communication across divisions. Manufacturing practices are a nightmare, and also have been trying to implement SAP for years with little success. Everything at Haworth is a fire drill and they will not say no to a customer, no matter the size of the order. I would not recommend Haworth to anyone in the supply chain field. Not to mention the commute to Holland from GR is terrible with semi truck traffic, road quality, and constant back ups.
