Upper Management could use a refresher course on effective communication. For a company's top leadership to achieve success, they must prioritize clear, open, and effective communication with all levels of employees, as it is essential for aligning goals, building trust, motivating teams, and ensuring everyone is on the same page about the company's direction and priorities. I feel like management should always be willing and able to improve communication skills. Communication is the key to any successful business
