Loss of management so now part of bigger company that is not the same DNA

No business travel and a reasonable, local commute. For several years, I have enjoyed working with my team at Hawkins Point Partners. Hawkins Point Partners has an ability to bring together quality people that take individual “ownership” of assigned tasks. Work is in a progressive and supportive environment-with a high level of communication at peer and senior management levels. Special individual recognition on professional and personal life events is another plus. A high level of communication and "touch points" working within this organization. Job stability and low employee turnover is another positive factor.

Hawkins Point Partners supports a range of diverse business applications. Other than company lunches and other functions, I don't see other Hawkins Point Partners team members as much as I would like. Work assignments are long term-not much (if any) business vertical change for most people.
