      they care about you as a person, and understand that you have a life outside of the office

      not really a con, but its a complex software and there is a learning curve to get comfortable

Because our platform manages so many workflows that P&C agents rely on to run their business, our platform is deep and requires some upfront training.

      When big projects, like a new product, are occurring it really overloads all departments. Instead of hiring on additional help or temp help all departments must shoulder the additional workload.
