      Pros

      If you could define a blue collar attitude in a professional suited environment Hawkeye is that. Grit, accountability, dedication, and ambition are words that come to mind. A great environment for people willing to put a little sweat in the game. CEO is a go getter that trusts his staff and actually has a human side.

      Pros

      An excellent internship program that introduces you to a wealth of disciplines and engineering department functions. Prior to my onboarding, the CEO, John Serafini, called me to welcome me the team. This phone call was both a pleasant surprise, and conversation,

      Cons

      As it was the inaugural internship program year, the onboarding process was slow but I believe it has since improved. Unfortunately, this process cut into the internship time and the transition between different departments.
